Affiliate commissions

This is a more how can I do this question.

 

I want to setup resellers/affiliates in such a way that if they sign someone up they get a 100% commission for x amount of months if it is a monthly plan

With the monthly plan I would also like to do another round of commission after the client has been active for x amount of time

or if it is a yearly sign up that they get a percentage ie 50% commission straight away

 

example

 

monthly plan = $10

 

I want to give reseller $10 for 4 months

after 1 year

I want to give them a further $10 for 2 months

 

for a yearly sign up

year plan amount = 120

reseller to get 6 months ie 60

I assume from the silence no one knows how to do this then!
