Error: Manual suspension required - Unknown error occoured

I have tried to browse the forum abit, however I have not found anything at this moment.

Hopefully someone can point me in some direction of how to figure out what my problem is.

 

I went to Utilities > Log > Utilities Log and found this:

[REMOVEACCT] => Array

(

[sTATUS] => 0

[sTATUSMSG] => Permission Denied

)

 

)

 

Now I can for sure see that it is about a permit that I do not have, but does any one have an ide of why this error occours? It is not the only one of these that I have.

 

Ps. Very noobish and very new in this hostingbusiness thing, so bare with me even though it might be a simple fix

Can you please let me know which provisioning module are you using. is it cpanel or any other.
