Getting a blank page after login

Yesterday I tried to login to Whmcs page and I had a license error, page was showing a owned-license that is not my license, so finally Whmcs support fix it, now after login I'm been redirected to a blank page, wrote another ticket, support sent me some instructions but still having the blank page.

 

Basically to fix the problem the displayErrors options needs to be on but I don't have any access to Whmcs web page to turn it on, so the other option is to add a command line to configuration.php file:

 

$display_errors = true;

 

Then run the blank page to see the error, but still blank and doesn't show any errors. Other option is turn on the displayErrors option in configuration table via phpmyadmin, so I found the configuration table but it doesn't have the edit (pencil icon) option and I have a message that says:

 

This table does not contain a unique column. Grid edit, checkbox, Edit, Copy and Delete features are not available.

 

What else I can do to at least see the erros in order to fix the blank page problem.
