problem after upgrading to 5.3.3 with french letters like é , è etc...

after i had moved to 5.3.3 i get a problem ...

when whmcs send any email to any client ... the reciever get only ' ch ' in the mail ..

' ch' is refered to 'chére client ' in french that means dear client

 

when i go to the mail templates i see that all the sylobels é . ç à has been changed to a black character ... how to solve this please
