AeonCube
Hi all,Unsure if anyone else is getting this issue but for some odd reason you can no longer use the '£' symbol in a ticket (client and admin side). If you do from the client side it shows an error: You didn't enter a message - and it clears the message box area. From the admin side it just clears out your message and posts the ticket reply as blank. Then sets the ticket to answered.Any ideas on this would be great! As you can imagine for a UK based company the £ symbol is pretty important :)Cheers,
AeonCube
OK found out the issue - for some reason the lang encoding type was causing the issue. Just set it to: utf-8 (I think WHMCS changed the default to this as it didn't used to be). Then made sure to change the PREFIX in the currency settings. If you do this and use PayPal make sure to change the language settings in PayPal or you will get 'IPN Handshake Invalid' errors.
