KyneticWeb
I attempted to necro a thread that I saw others were having issues with the captcha in certain pages .. in particular it was the 'domainchecker.php'. Below is how we resolved this issue. I am only posting this as means to convey our findings as I wrestled with the obvious for a couple of days and searches for an answer kept leading me to a 547 day old thread that had no resolve.. so.. "Release The Hounds" Also, if this has been posted elsewhere.. I give my apologies for a double. I really couldn't find it's solution until it literally slapped me in the face over a hot morning cup of coffee. We recently ran into this problem and were trying to figure out what exactly the reasoning behind this was. The answer was quite clear. If you have been implementing customization's to your WHMCS pages.. make sure that you have the captcha/reCaptcha code included within the 'form' - '/form' of your form. If it is outside of these boundaries you will see the captcha .. enter the right characters etc.. and it will return the message as stated by other. Hope this helps others in the future.
