Break Parallels Plesk Automation link for customer?

We found a duplicate account - I believe this happened because the customer had two billing accounts, we moved combined them before we knew how WHMCS worked properly - and now we have two customers accounts for the same user (different emails of course) - both have a product/service of a hosting plan + domain for the SAME service - and BOTH are linked to Parallels Plesk Automation.

Well their annual billing is coming due - and having discovered this, we need to remove one - but in order to not risk breaking their subscription on PPA, I need to break the association with the PPA subscription prior to me marking the account cancelled/terminated - ie, if just terminate, it will terminate the plan on the PPA cluster and that will be horrendous - how do I break the link to the PPA plan for a WHMCS billing account?

thx

not one idea? Hmm... I removed the subscription ID and saved changes - that didn't work

I tried to change Server from our PPA control panel to none and before I can save, it auto-saves in ajax and puts the details back to the PPA control panel.

Ideas of how to break this one subscription's link with PPA?

uh-oh - just moved a customer plan/domain from one account to another - and now we have another duplicate... can't SWEAR that it wasn't there before, but I'm 98% certain that moving a domain/subscription just CREATED this duplicate service/domain
