netpropc
The WHMCS system can send invoices and other notifications with no issue. However the support department e-mails seem to be having trouble Admin Email Notification Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Data not accepted.
SMTP server error: 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender
(Subject: [Ticket ID: 787459] New Support Ticket Opened) Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Data not accepted. (User ID: 30 - Subject: [Ticket ID: 787459] Virus Issues UCC 46182) These error messages seem to indicate that the support departments are not using the SMTP mail connector that I was using in the setup->general->mail tab If this is the case where can I set the proper SMTP settings for the support department e-mail. It appears as though the only thing I can set is the pop settings for inbound.
