Limit admin users access to clients based on language

Is there any possibility to limit the access from admin users to client-related records based on language ?

 

The idea would be to only allow admin users (for example having the role of Technical Support) to handle clients using the same common language. This would simplify the handling of customers on multi-language WHMCS setups.

 

I also see that in WHMCS admin, there is a language dropdown field in the client profile tab, but surprisingly this field doesn't seem to appear on the customer registration page. Is there any way to include this language field on the registration page and make it mandatory ?

 

I would be grateful for ideas and hints, even if it implies creating a hook or customizing a template.
