Can the Due Date be put into the Notes area on a PDF invoice automatically?

Hi all,

 

I want to be able to include a note on my invoices saying something similar to "This invoice is due mm/dd/yyyy" per our contract." - or something like that.

 

Does anyone know if there is any code or a way to automatically put this into the Notes section of the invoice where the correct due date is displayed? I see the Notes section does not allow HTML and the ".duedate." or "invoicesduedate" from the invoicepdf.tpl doesn't work either, so I didn't know if there was any other code that could be used.

 

The problem is I don't want it on ALL invoices, only on certain ones. If not I'll just have to do it manually but an automatic entry would be nice
