I've got everything set up correctly as far as Im concerned. pipe.php is chmod to 755 and the pipe forwarder is set correctly. But when sending tickets to the ticket email, It sends the ticket and I recieve it in the backend but it also replies with a Failed to send error which has the whole error details in it but this is the important part

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Now, Im quite sure that if I add the Zend Extention to the Local php.ini file it should fix it. But Im not too sure where to put it. This is the way I'ts set up: I have wordpress installed in the Main directory, and whmcs installed in the same account in a different folder. I needed to add a php.ini file to wordpress because of the way wordpress is intergrated with whmcs, and I need to place that in the wp-admin folder. But im not sure where to put one in whmcs, I also dont know if that would work.

I've been working with wordpress for some years now, but I'm new to whmcs.
