"Invalid input condition" message on signup

Hi there! I've just installed WHMCS and configured the cpanel-based server I want to tie it to. I followed the tutorial videos to the T and created a product in WHMCS based on a package I created in WHM.

When I go to order the product (it's based on a free test package), I get a blank white page with just "Invalid input condition" on it. I've tried googling this error, plugging it into the search here (both the support pages and the forum) and I'm not coming up with anything.

I'm guessing this isn't a common occurrence. Any help would be much appreciated.

I ended up getting it to work. I think it might have been because I was using fake information, address didn't match the postal code/zip code. You'd think there would be a proper error message. I have Maxmind setup for fraud prevention so you'd think it would of given some sort of proper error message. Unless I also ended up changing something else and it isn't to do with fake info.

jdicon try your order form with your real info and make sure it's not a domain already on your server. I'm interested to see if it is a result of bad info.

Thanks

I was using my actual home address to test it out and it threw that error. But I just tried again and sure enough it worked. Maybe I was mistyping something before. I did just move so it's possible I mixed in piece of my old address without thing.

I am having the same problem. Instant white page with "Invalid Input Condition" on it after I submit my order.

I can leave the whole order form blank if i want and still submit it, with the same result.

I am using all real information including real credit card. My auth.net payment gateway is active/enabled.

The weirdest part? It was working fine last night and i got a couple test orders in. But then it stopped working again... wtf?

come on....
