Plesk domain suspended

Hi

One of my clients was late paying their invoice and the system auto suspended their hosting account in Plesk, which is great.

Today I received a cheque in the post so I added the payment onto their invoice and I expected the system then to unsuspend their hosting account, but it didn't, I had to manually do it.

 

Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

What would have happened if they had paid via Paypal, would the site have come back online?
