Rob K Posted September 11, 2007 Share Posted September 11, 2007 Hi One of my clients was late paying their invoice and the system auto suspended their hosting account in Plesk, which is great. Today I received a cheque in the post so I added the payment onto their invoice and I expected the system then to unsuspend their hosting account, but it didn't, I had to manually do it. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong? What would have happened if they had paid via Paypal, would the site have come back online?
