visualtron Posted December 2, 2013 Share Posted December 2, 2013 Many a times I configure an automatic feature wrongly, especially for newly created products and newly added WHMC feature, and an email that shouldn't be sent gets sent to the customer (sometimes multiple customers) causing much embarrassment.
