Starter guide for WHMCS custom menu, admin & user pages in addons?

Dear Friends,

I saw there is some documentation in WHMCS docs about introduction of WHMCS addons, but there is no example of how to develop a skeleton for a complex module.

 

Do you think there is a tutorial etc available anywhere that helps about

 

a) How to add menu item in admin/user area?

b) How to add a new page in admin/user area with some custom functionality, not only content.

 

Although we are somehow able to do this, but want to know your view what is the best way to add these into WHMCS, as per recommended way of WHMCS?

 

Just something quick start sort of?
