Unable to download the Gateway Module Development Kit ... I have license but no username / pwd

Hi

 

I got a WHMCS license from reseller club when i joined their reseller program. I need to develop a custom gateway module but on the whmcs site i need a user name and password (which can be obtained only after I buy something from WHMCS) ... Since i do not need to order anything it is impossiblle for me to login to the client area and download the Gateway Module development kit. Please suggest a solution

 

My WHMCS installation is @ http://netpresence.in/whmcs
