Blank Support Ticket Area - Client Only

After upgrading to 5.2.12, the client area works on all sections except tickets.

Whether trying to submit a new ticket or view an existing on - a blank page is thrown.

I enabled error viewing, but nothing shows on the page.

 

I re-uploaded all of the 5.2.12 site files to see if this corrected the issue. It did not.

 

Everything in the admin area appears to be working properly.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
