Fields missing from DB following upgrade

Morning,

 

We're struggling getting support direct from WHMCS so thought I'd try the forums.

 

Following our upgrade yesterday (from 4.3.2 to 5.2.12!) we've found quite a few things not working due to (presumably new) fields missing from existing tables in the db.

 

Has anyone else seen this?

 

First we couldn't even login as fields were missing from tbladmins, we can't create client groups due to missing fields in tblclientgroups and nothing is being recorded in the activity log for the same.

 

Is there an easy way to upgrade the db to add all the appropriate fields (without manually going through and comparing each table)?
