TheForgeDigital Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 Hi everyone, Im currently working with WHMCS and found it to be perfect for my requirements, however we have hit one pretty big snag with it. Im currently using Auto-Release to automatically accept orders for one of our services, however the support ticket that WHMCS is giving out just states - "Service ID # XX was just auto provisioned" Is there a way to change this ticket to include information from the Custom Fields of the product ?
