john8098 Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 when an existing plesk client get another hosting plan, new hosting plan login user/name is wrong. because the plesk 11 user already have a customer account, but the second hosting plan whmcs created default will create another user name /password and send the welcome email to user. but the user will not be able to login with that. because this hosting plan is bind under this customer account, he will need to use the first hosting plan to login the panel, there he can select which account to handle. but this will confuse the customer. is there any setup i need to do to fix this problem between whmcs and plesk 11. please advice and help expert. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
