ISSL Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 Hi How do i prevent sending of ticket notifications to the primary contact on an account if the ticket was created by a person from the contact page rather than the one on the profile page. We tend to have the owner of the company on the profile page and the staff of the company on the contact page, the owner does not want to be notified of every support ticket sent to us. plateaultd Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 In the couple of cases where we had this problem we made the owner a "Contact" and used an accounts payable email address for the Client Profile email address.
