How do i stop sending ticket emails to primary contacts?

Hi

 

How do i prevent sending of ticket notifications to the primary contact on an account if the ticket was created by a person from the contact page rather than the one on the profile page.

 

We tend to have the owner of the company on the profile page and the staff of the company on the contact page, the owner does not want to be notified of every support ticket sent to us.
