ISSL Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 Hi How do i prevent sending of ticket notifications to the primary contact on an account if the ticket was created by a person from the contact page rather than the one on the profile page. We tend to have the owner of the company on the profile page and the staff of the company on the contact page, the owner does not want to be notified of every support ticket sent to us. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
