disable automatic domain registration with 2checkout payments

I'm having a bit of trouble with auto domain registrations and 2checkout. I had a order yesterday for hosting and a domain name and they used 2checkout, 24 hours later it was tagged as fraudulent and that means I copped the domain registration fee.

I got two emails from 2checkout, first one said it PASSED and was 20 minutes after the order, the next email was 24 hours after the order and was marked as Fraudulent.

First email about 20 minutes after order:

Important Message from 2Checkout: Transaction Review

PASSED: The following orders have successfully cleared through our systems:

Seller ID Order ID Comments

hidden ordernumber

Then another email after 24 hours:

A credit/refund has been issued on the following order: #ordernumber

A credit/refund has been issued on the following order.

Sale: hidden

Amount: 32.00

Additional comments: Fraudulent

A refund can be issued by 2Checkout for various reasons, including:

1) Requested by the cardholder.

2) Requested by the seller.

3) Failed internal fraud checking.

Anyway I can disable automatic domain registrations for 2checkout orders?

You would still have the problem even if you manually registered the name, or do you plan waiting 48 hours before registering?

If you wait too long and its a genuine customer, you could lose the customer or domain

The problem does not exist just with 2co, credit and debit cards can be charged back for fraud for upto 6 months after the sale takes place, even paypal payments can be reversed

Set up maxmind fraud checking, its managed to catch all of ours before being passed to the payment gateway
