WHMCS allows seperate pricing for registrations, transfer and renewal so you would set the registration cost to the one time fee and the renewal cost to zero. Same problem here. .RO domains have an one time fee only (or "registered for life" ). As far as i can see there is no option in WHMCS to set domain registration on "one time fee".
