How would I go about adding a custom field to to Addon tab in client product details.

What I want to do is be able to specify a link for each addon so when a client clicks on it, they are taken to that website.

 

In the example above, the client would be taken to their CMS login screen or to my Piwik website.

 

The CMS link would need to be customized for each clients CMS installation, where as the website analytics link would not change at all.
