Any other suggestions ?

Ive added the fix but just had a few more come in. I have manually renamed all the first name users and took a sql backup. It took a while but worth it as I didnt want users emailing me asking why their name had changed.

Its just the new users that keep getting added but then I got the

Any thing else ?

I would disable new registrations (it only disables new users who aren't also buying something) Setup -> General -> Other -> "Allow Client Registration" (uncheck) until you get a handle on things. Assuming you have a valid license, you might also put in a support ticket with WHMCS and ask them to take a look, if you've applied the 5.2.8 update and still getting compromised.
