Custom Development / Modification to remove unneeded fields in WHMCS &

Hi, i would like to start using WHMCS to operate my business, which is not a web hosting business.

 

the major thing i need, is i need to remove a lot of the fields which are specifically related to hosting and domains, and i would like to change other fields to fit more of the nature of my business (internet/phone/tv service provider).

i also would like to have some kind of an advanced csv import option to be able to import my existing clients from a csv file to the whmcs database. so it automatically creates the customer with all their information including the device's serial number which they have.

 

i also have a very simple integration to automatically turn-on/turn-off their service when the payment approves/declines. i would like you to integrate it for me. it shouldn't be hard, it's just a php url which will send a signal to turn it on, and another php url so stop the service automatically.

 

if all goes well with the above, we will have more advanced modifications for dealers and customers to gain access to my database, but that can wait as it's not the urgent part.

 

my request from whoever is going to do this work for me:

1) i want good professional work.

2) i want you to really test as much as possible, so i don't have to go back to you many times for every single small modification, as that will waste both of our time. please please please test it, i really don't have too much time to keep testing. i will still do testing when you are almost done.

3) our communication will be by email and some by skype if that is ok with you. but i really would like to have the ability to call you on a phone, incase of urgency. don't worry, i will not be annoying you or wasting your time on the phone, this is only for emergency needs, and/or if you stop responding to your emails/skype msgs.

4) i paid previously to another developer 50% of the amount agreed on, then he started to do the work. then everything was haulted, i kept trying to contact him with no response, and i need this done quickly. so please i want to be fair with the developer, so i don't get ripped off again. so in this situation, i would like to use some kind of a 3rd party escrow if possible, unless you are able to do the work, then once we're satisfied, we can move forward with the payment agreed, and hopefully start developing the more complex part of the project later.

5) be easy on the price plz, and try to show me your previous similar work done, and/or reviews if applicable.
