Waldo X
Hello, and thanks in advance to anyone who replies. I would like to setup the system so that each customer has their own due date, which I believe is known as Anniversary billing. I've been testing WHMCS and here's a possible issue I'm seeing. When a customer adds a second recurring service, it doesn't align it's due date with the original service (via prorating). Instead it looks like the customer is going to get billed on a separate date for each service. This could lead to a lot of transaction per month for a customer with several services that they ordered on different dates. Am I seeing this wrong? Maybe the dates would even out after the first month? Or do I need to configure the system differently? Does anyone know how to accomplish what I want? I mean that's how most companies that I deal with bill. Whether it's Verizon, Dish, Cable or whatever, ALL of my services are due on the same day, regardless of when they were added.
Bubka3
General Settings > Ordering Check Signup Anniversary Prorata - Prorata products to the clients signup anniversary date if prorata is enabled (ie. all items due on the same date per client)
