Hi when your replying to a ticket if u hit submit twice it will actually post your reply twice.

 

When you are opening a ticket if you hit submit twice it will actually open the ticket twice.

Both tickets were open but I closed one. But as you can see they were both created at same time.

 

Also I got two emails for the duplicate tickets.

I have tried this with multiple hosting companies that use whmcs that use the LATEST whmcs.
