Server Location on order form, how to set it up - Instant Setup?

Hi,

 

I have seen hosting companies, have 1 order button, and when you go to the order form, you can pick server location?

 

I was wondering how I can set this up and to work with instant setup?

 

The servers I am using run cPanel/WHM, 1 in the UK and 1 in USA
