VRD Posted August 6, 2013 Share Posted August 6, 2013 (edited) [sOLVED] Hi, I am trying to register two domains for a client. This is the first time I have done this. I am following the instructions here http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Management#Handling_New_Domain_Registrations_.26_Transfers When I click on Accept Order I get the error message as shown in the attached screenshot. As far as I know my nameservers are correct but I might have missed something? VRD Posted August 7, 2013 Author Share Posted August 7, 2013 Just in case anyone else gets this problem, I got a reply from my hosting support and they spotted a . at the end of one of the nameservers.
