kbdavis07
Hi Hkmix, Do not reply or view email from PayPal with out first checking your actual PayPal account. Go to Profile ---> My Selling Tools ---> Instant Notifications --> Update --> IPN History From there do last 28 days and see if you see any failed or resending statuses for past notifications. It will give you specific details on what is going on. I had found out that I had some old buttons that had custom IPN URL's that I forgot to delete and I was receiving the same email. But, I had also received some "phishing" emails claiming to be from PayPal but in reality was a spammer trying to get my login information. So never login directly from email sent from "PayPal". Always login directly by typing in the the actual url to PayPal to avoid this.
