Making domain optional for product?

Hi,

 

I want to sell a product, but make it optional for folks to purchase a domain name. Different options for a product would be:

1) Buy a domain name OR

2) Provide the FQDN of a domain that they already own OR

3) Choose an available hostname from a list of domains that I will make available, for example the can choose a hostname such as "foo" in domain "mydomain.com", where I own mydomain.com

 

Any thoughts on where to go with this?

Subdomain Options - Enter a domain in the format ".yourdomain.com" if you want to offer a free subdomain option for the domain at signup. You can offer more than one by entering a comma separated list, eg. ".yourdomain.com,.yourdomain.net"
