njolin Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 I've done some research and can't seem to find if this feature exists. I'm wanting to create email templates that have a custom variable in them and ask me for it when I go to send the email out. For instance, if I have a customer who is having some trouble with an addon domain, I would like to be able to give the name of that addon domain in the email template without having to edit the template, but in WHMCS, when I select the email template, it just sends right away. So, it would be nice if it had some sort of variable field that could prompt me for input, or if I would be able to edit the message before it was sent.
