Immental1200
Hello, Our business currently has multiple WHMCS installations, for different company trading names / domains. We are looking to merge everything together into one name, with one domain. We have several WHM servers, all with standard and reseller users. I've hit a small issue - before, each WHMCS install was issued a single WHM server for automatic package creation - how can I get WHMCS to alternate between all my WHM servers when provisioning packages now? We will have identical packages on WHM, and they will all be on the same main domain with seperate IPs and subdomains, the login information is also identical. Thanks
Alex - Arvixe
Hi, This is perfectly possible in WHMCS The best way to do this is create server groups & assign servers to those groups. You can then assign packages to specific groups. When creating a group you can choose to: add to least full server or to fill active server until full then switch to the next least used server. Follow this little guide to get this going: 1. Navigate to: WHMCS Acp -> Product/Services -> Servers 2. Add all of your servers as normal using the Add New Server 3. Once you have added all of your servers, click "Create New Group" 4. Select your servers that are for your shared / reseller services and click add then click save changes. Now we need to assign specific packages to specific package groups: 5. Navigate to: WHMCS ACP - > Product/Services -> Product/Services 6. Choose a shared/reseller package 7. Navigate to "Module Settings" tab 8. In the field "Server Group" select the group you created in the previous steps 9. Repeat steps 5 - 8 for all of your packages You can reach out to me (alex.ali@arvixe.com) if you get stuck with anything listed above. I'll also be creating a guide on our blog (blog.arvixe.com) in the coming days on how to complete this.
Immental1200
That's perfect - thank you very much! How did I not notice the groups option before... silly me. I don't suppose you could help me with themes as well? I'm trying to add the header at http://articnetworks.com to the portal, so it is there throughout billing and the client portal.

Ha no problem glad you got it sorted . As for your site integration I wouldn't be your man for that sadly - I can link you to a few integration services though: -> http://licensepal.com/services.php#integration - $29.95 -> http://www.whmcsintegration.ca/index.php - $25+ -> http://whmcsintegration.com/ - $25+ -> http://www.zomex.com/services/whmcs.php - $35 -> http://www.whmcs.com/services/integration/ - $34.95 Good luck with who ever you choose!
