xploit Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 Hello, i have recieved 200 tickets. and then i deleted the support departments. the counter at the top of the WHMCS says "191 Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply" but when i click it it does not display any tickets. i re-created the support departments with the same name but still the tickets are not displayed. any idea how to cleanup my counters and purge any tickets?
