Hi,

I am again giving WHMCS another try on a Windows 2008 Server.

I have installed WHMCS on server.

During the set-up process in step 4 it asks to set up an admin account.

Press continue and get link to go to admin section.

I go to admin section using the login information that I just created in the step before.

Now get an error saying login is not correct.

I now go to the database.

Looked at table

tbladmins

and that table does not have any users in it.

Now I just go to the main page and just try to register.

Same thing happens.

Receive no errors.

But, when trying to login with newly created account it keeps saying that it is incorrect.

On both admin and client area login tried the "Forgot Password" and it says email not found.

Looked at client table:

tblclients

Same thing as admin table it is blank no users.

So just for kicks I tried to manually enter in new user directly to the database.

It saves it no error.

But, when trying to use that saved user in database login same thing again.

Keeps saying invalid login and "email not found"

Even through it is saved in the database.

Please help :)

Spent so far about 7 hours trying to get this to install.

But, making progress in getting it to some what work.

Just now need to beable to login to it.
