Hi

i just integrate vps and dedicated service in my site. so my customer can purchase vps and dedicated server. both of them dont have a module. and i dont have the server. i'm using manually order with the web hosting provider.

i need to ask how about welcome mail for vps and dedicated server? are they automatically sent to customer once they do the payment using paypal?

because they dont have the access information to that server yet. how is normally procedure for that? do we need to turn off welcome mail for vps and dedicated server?

and how to send to customer if we already get the information of username and password to access the server by using WHMCS?

thanks and regards

If you are manually ordering then set the products to manual accept, When you accept the order dont send a welcome email.

After the order is accepted/provisioned you will need to send an email with their details, the problem here is it has to be a new email because if you try to send a templated one then the email wont get filled. In this case, simply create a template in a text document, keep it somewhere handy, open it up and copy over the template into a new email. Fill in the blanks and send. Just make sure you send the email from the product view in your admin area so that you have access to the merge fields for the product.
