There is a "wonky" with ticket ratings.

 

== Steps to Reproduce ==

client side: users with slow internet connections

problem: rating images are not preloaded, so when js sets image to transparent and image is not yet loaded, if the divider background is dark, the star disappears.

 

== Expected Result ==

The following preload needs to be added to the template.
