User accounts are not deleted in WHM after deletion in WHMCS

Hi I'm having a small problem with deletion of user accounts in WHM.

User accounts are not deleted in WHM after deletion in WHMCS.

WHMCS is our major user mananegement tool, but seems to lacks cleanup for users in WHM. After an account gets deleted in WHMCS, the account profile is gone and it is nearly impossible for a large customer base to keep track which accounts are deleted from WHMCS but still reside on WHM.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a way to have these account deleted in both WHM and WHMCS automaticly? Is there a way to keep track of which accounts got deleted?

You are doing something wrong. You need to terminate the hosting account before deleting the client.

Open ins is correct, deleting a service in WHMCS only removes it from the WHMCS database, the account on the server however is not removed unless you first terminate the service. Once you have done that you can delete the service in WHMCS
