Payment Method "bank transfer" does not redirect to gateway

Hi,

 

when a customer Add funds using the Payment Method "bank transfer" the following message is showing:

Please wait while you are redirected to the gateway you chose to make payment...

---------------

 

and never redirect to the gateway, just like if it is looping while when using Payment Method it is fine.

 

Notice: the invoice arrives to the customer by email, the only problem is that the page is not redirecting to the bank transfer gateway.

Please advise how to solve this issue.

I contacted support and they provided me with a file that I uploaded and fixed the issue,
