paradigmdev Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 Hello, I must be missing something but I cannot create a new email template for the support category. Currently, I only have General, Product, Domain, and Invoice available in the Type drop-down. I'm trying to add a Support Ticket Reply template because in the System Activity Log I see the error: "EMAILERROR: Email Template Support Ticket Reply Not Found" Any clues?
