liveoak
I have several things I want to accomplish, but cannot find out how to make them happen. We have set ENOM to auto renew 14 days before expiration dates. When WHMCS receives payment on a domain name, it will send notification to ENOM to add a year, even though, we've already paid for the current year on that domain. --How do I stop this notification system by WHMCS? --Also, on the domain expiration syncing, how do I get WHMCS to set the next due date for the domain registration to the current expiration date of the domain without doing it manually? (Please don't tell me to turn off ENOM auto-renewals -- we don't want our clients' domains expiring simply because they forgot to pay on time. We'd rather get billed the additional $9+ Our client base is very unique and we'd rather their site and email not go down.) Thanks! Troy
You DO NOT need to enable auto-renew at Enom because WHMCS will do the renewal for you. If auto-renew is enabled at Enom a domain will renew and be charged to your account balance whether your client in WHMCS pays for it or not.
