"alt=" tag in all mails that are send to clients

Hi,

 

Issue:

All mails that are send to customers have after the logo in plain text "alt=" then comes everything next.

I tried the send custom mail to myself, opened the mail in HTML view, but there is nowhere the tag "alt=".

 

Is it somewhere hard coded? Which file i can find this tag, so i can remove it?

It looks like this:
