steve888 Posted May 20, 2013 Share Posted May 20, 2013 Hi, I'm wondering if someone else has encountered problems of not receiving emails when a customer opened/created/replied to a ticket? I can receive emails fine from contact forms, and I can send and receive emails and alerts fine using the same email setup in the support departments. Only in the ticket area is having issue. My setup: Server 1 -> cPanel/WHM, WHMCS, NS1, NS2, MX-Autodetect Server 2 -> cPane/WHM, NS3, MX-Local Exchange, Website is located Prevent “nobody” from sending mail -> OFF (both servers) Thanks in advance all! =) 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
