Email Reset Password not received

Hello,

We using gmail apps for smtp mail sending WHMCS, but after upgrade to version 5.2.5, when user request reset password on client area, he not received mail.

I think maybe setting SMTP, but sending other mail normally seemly invoice and other. So problem only when request reset password.

 

Please help to fix this.

All you should need to do is update your pwresetvalidation,tpl and pwreset.tpl files from the latest version of WHMCS and replace it with your current files.

 

In WHMCS V5.2 the password reset process was changed so that rather than sending a password by email, users get to choose the specific password they want after clicking the link sent by email
