griyahosting Posted May 18, 2013 Share Posted May 18, 2013 Hello, We using gmail apps for smtp mail sending WHMCS, but after upgrade to version 5.2.5, when user request reset password on client area, he not received mail. I think maybe setting SMTP, but sending other mail normally seemly invoice and other. So problem only when request reset password. Please help to fix this. With Best Regards. alesf77 Posted May 25, 2013 Share Posted May 25, 2013 All you should need to do is update your pwresetvalidation,tpl and pwreset.tpl files from the latest version of WHMCS and replace it with your current files.
