since i upgraded [ some stuff not working fine ]

hello guys, i was using old version of whmcs coz my tamplets was not upgraded,

 

yastrday i upgraded my theme and my script,

 

but i got issue with sent password request,

and issue with auto create moduel,

 

i don't know where is the problem,

 

i have done everything that i can [ i did clean install files ]..

and i have done new database and tried to put my old cilent / products / servers database's on it

but still same issue

 

i'm using windows 2008 r2 [ if you guys can help me out i'll be glad ]
