Hello,

 

I meet problem to validate a subdomain on free packs that I propose.

Once we validate the subdomain I get this error.

Does anyone have an idea please?

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I clear the cache, but it comes up all the time

Contact your web host to resolve the error. This is serverside and nothing relating to WHMCS

 

Permissions or the .htaccess will no doubt be the issue here.
