Paid & Registered, but no license?

Hi,

 

Can someone tell me if this is normal?

 

I ordered a license directly through the WHMCS website, got an email saying my account has been registered and then I go to licenses and services and nothing is there. I don't have anything under invoices either.

 

Does this mean I need to order it again? I've entered my card details once already, and I don't want to order it again if I'm simply waiting for the first order to go through.

 

I've submitted a ticket, but had no response as of yet.

 

Any helpful thoughts would be appreciated.
