Hi,

 

When somebody requests a withdrawal a support ticket is opened with the following:

 

Subject: Affiliate Withdrawal Request

 

Affiliate Account Withdrawal Request. Details below:

 

Client ID: 1

Affiliate ID: 002

Balance: 20.00

 

I cannot find where this can be customised? How do I make changes to the message subject/ticket body?
